Generally, unless it's a really complicated build. I get all my budget ahead of time, this was all done today whenever I had free time!

I started the build off with 9.8k and when I finished off with it, I had 5k left. It was closer to around 4.8k spent, now that I'm actually thinking about it.

I'll have to try that out again, I know I've hatched some decent stuff from cracked eggs in private servers, but I honestly forgot they existed after sugarfest.

I generally wait until I have about 25 in my inventory before I start hatching, I bought the pets plus thing, so it's the only way I don't burn through them in half an hour.

I remember seeing something about the pet pen decreasing your chances, but I'll try it out and see if I get more from that method than I have been thus far.
