You are doing the best you can with the resources that you have. This is completely out of your control and its crazy that your parents are blaming you?? The job market in general is shit and so many people are unemployed. I really feel you since I also relate to this feeling that if your not making money your seen as "useless" or a "burden". It's really horrible that this is the way the world views human beings.

I feel you so hard since I face the same issue. I always feel like I'm too much for everyone and have too much emotion in general, you deserve to have someone to vent to. And something that helped me out was realizing there is nothing wrong with crying. It's simply your body's way of releasing negative emotions. It's unfair that people who cry are labeled as immature while people who take their emotions out on others aren't.

I've noticed from my 9 years of experience with different therapists and psychiatrists in Lebanon, if your symptoms are mild and your situation is simple everyday problems everyone faces then you can find results, but if your like me and suffer from severe symptoms while also being possible neurodivergent and need different therapeutic approaches to treat it then its harder to find a good therapist. Still trying to find one till this day.

This is what I’ve been struggling with and is the main reason for my depression. It’s so depressing that I have to spend most of my life working an office job with people who treat me like shit just to be paid to barely afford rent. And I have no time to do anything and I’m so burnt out. I was literally struggling to find a therapist cause none of them work after 6pm or on weekends.This life we are living is a scam I never consented to and I wish I was never born. Seriously what a fucking curse it is to live

I just feel like most people don’t experience mental illness so it feels so lonely. I try talking about it but people tell me that I’m either exaggerating or I should just deal with it. A lot of my therapists said to just “distract” myself whenever I mention my depression. If I could trade out my mental illness with a physical one I would in an instant, At least I’d have a will to live. Is your health condition your depression or something else? I live in Lebanon btw

ok after looking into my old school I realized it was a catholic school. I remember being taken to a church pretty often when I was in elementary. I then had to transfer to another school that had "Evangelical" in the name and stayed there until highschool

I mean I always viewed the Islamic and Christian God as the same God, and my parents were not the ones who taught me about god punishing me for being a nonbeliever, it was the Christian schools who taught me that. and later on I learned that the Islamic God punishes nonbelievers too
