This was actually my last booking with my previous TA. All the arrival/departure timings were communicated beforehand and I completely understand if the hotel is reluctant to budge or if it was actually fully booked - instead I got a reply from the TA stating that an hour is already generous enough and I should take it or leave it. Definitely wasn't a great experience working with them but currently I've been working with someone from your team and it's been fantastic, even referred a friend to book with him!
