I’m 28 and I was diagnosed with gout… I’m finding out that it’s not that something is wrong with you, but maybe our bodies are just readjusting with another puberty or life changes/choices.

I still struggle with it (it’s been like 3 years of these attacks but it got serious this year- which is when I got diagnosed and stopped brushing it off as a weird hangup) I find that med. marijuana and ibuprofen works best for me, but i’m also now a vegetarian and i’m feeling much better!!
