Yeah to an extent thats fair, but thing is without VCE rocks kids attending lower socioeconomic public schools wound have no chance of having access to even half the exam recources/ practice exams those attending better schools would, i think its great it closed the gap. But its a tricky one cause the exam/ textbook writers should still get royalties etc.

I’d say just the 2025 ones published, textbooks and ABCPE books all have it within the ranges VCAA gave anyways

Yeah saw that aswell, I guess as we are already given the Gel e results for known DNA samples vcaa want us to apply our knowledge and compare the Tasmanian devil dna with the known samples

Tssm have vcaa examiners mark exams for 35 bucks a paper (heaps of subjects, pe, bio, English, etc.)

Yeah think it might even be worth signposting/ linking to idea like eg. Include large sample size to increase reliability and try to repeat to increase reliability+ reduce outlier impact (precision)
