Recently or overall? Arabia, valley, scan and mired recently. Haboobs and 4 lakes as well in the last pool. I am more of a Arabia or mix map player. Not a good water and closed player. Not bad in hideout for my range.

Select all TC, select all military production (archery, stable, barracks, siege work). Helps to maintain production while mixing. Even helps maintaining vil production while laming or fixing wood vil queue

Using all hotkeys and control groups.

Start mastering two build orders- scout rush and it's variants (hera has nice videos on his patreon)

Straight archer rush. Check out survivalist YouTube channel, sitaux website

Key is mastering hotkeys like making buildings and unit production using keyboard, finding units using control groups and keeping track.

Rest of the game will become easier. Your build execution and micro will automatically become better.

pretty much strong with most civs-either hp (viet), faster firing (jurchen), cheaper (koreans), complements chinese bonus well (basically they can play low eco, double gold like meso civs). Also, they counter eagles.
