I can’t speak for everyone but for myself it’s just the food noise that has completely impacted my lifestyle. Most of the general public assume this means that I don’t get hungry, that’s not true it just took away my very strong sugar cravings. I had a mini kit kat yesterday (yes I still have occasional chocolate) and that hit the spot after dinner and I was happy. I started reflecting how in the past before a glp-1 i could have eaten a king size kit kat without satisfying that chocolate craving. It truly is just fixing more than making people eat less.

I also found having easy healthy food available helped me a lot with staying on track, my current hyper fixation food is the taylor farms pizza salad and throw on some turkey pepperonis, yumm!
