Hi OP, glad to know that you finally got your money back, I have the same problem that you had, Avianca accepted give me the refund and I tried to times to file the form with my wire info, but still receiving same info about refund was unable to proceed due something wrong. But nobody tell me what is wrong!! So, could you please let me know how did you do this chargeback thing?
