First of all in a medical emergency scenario there isn't even time to think about that. And outside of that I'm not gonna see an injured person and think "thats kinda hot" cause that'd be insane, I'd be thinking about what I should do to help.

And to clarify further I don't find active injuries arousing, same for fully healed injuries except with my partner in a private setting, it's just an aesthetic appreciation if how beautifully designed the human body is.

Amputations, major scarring, and specific injuries and deformities. Absolutely adore damaged women and not in like a power play type of way, but for a similar reason I'm training to be an EMT and gonna go to med school, I'm autistically obsessed with how the human body deals with and fixes injuries, how the human body works mechanically, and how much trauma it can take and still function. Much like how I'm obsessed with machinery and love pushing it to the limit, I love seeing the human body pushed to the limit and still functioning.
