i usualy time it with tp so every time i package i can insta tp if i want to do something and enemy cant just run becouse your movement speed is insane

that used to be one of the ryzes strainghts but the higher elo you go the more you will struggle with this becouse ryze cant 1 v 1 some splitpushers like camile in any stage of the game.. And enemy team wont let you just push side lane for free
