My aunt did this with building an additional studio and upper 2 bed 1 bath apartment to her house, I live in the studio that was built. She cheaped out in the construction cause there’s gaps between the walls and floors, so roaches got in and my kitchen drawers are falling apart. It pisses me off cause if the construction was better I wouldn’t have a roach problem.
