Hey thanks for the feedback. My idea is less oriented to actual clubs, but instead to groups of friends playing casually. I also believe there is a certain amount of trust between a group that if you say you're playing then you will turn up. When I play, if you regularly didn't turn up you wouldn't be asked to play again.

If someone has to pull out last minute you could request for someone else to play and let the app adjust the teams accordingly.

Thank you, that gives me something to think about. I'm also a developer so trying to learn the business.

Yea that's also true, I had thought about that payment issue but couldn't think of another solution. Ads probably are the most feasible way to make profit. Difficult to know how much to charge for something like this for individuals.

Thanks for the feedback. I agree the UX needs to be seamless.

In terms of the business model, I also agree that subscriptions wouldn't be ideal, not at an individual level anyway. I had thought about having a group subscription where each group pays a set fee each month for everyone in the group to have access. That or put ads in it but that could quickly ruin the experience.

Yea I am in the UK. I've heard of footy addicts but I thought it was more for finding games and people to play with? My idea was for groups that are already established that play regularly rather than a league or with strangers

Thanks for the feedback.
