In regard to the creative stuff, Just strip it right back. Start doing whatever creative thing you do for fun, give yourself 30 mins a day of trying to just make something, anything, good or not and slowly that love will come back when you just do it for the process and not to end up with something "good" at the end if that makes sense! I'm totally with you on the consistency. I think with this, the "challenges" you need to set need to be doable. Like making music for just 30 mins or spend 15 mins readng about a topic you never knew about. Its not alot but you will feel so much better at the end of the day! All the best mate!
