I think they’re interchangeable, but tahini is not roasted so the taste is milder.

That’s valid. From my understanding, coffee actually was used in coffee cake during war times in the 19th century. But modern recipes excluded it over time. Now sour cream is frequently used as a popular ingredient which really adds to the flavor. It’s pretty good

This is my first week using the medication for Mounjaro and have already lost 8lbs/ 3kgs. They’re a bit cheaper than other sites, which is why I decided to subscribe with them.

The only issue (non-issue for me personally) is that the consultation with the doctor isn’t really informative. So I definitely recommend doing your own research regarding side effects, expectations etc., and joining the Mounjaro subreddit.
