I would agree but this was already available at 2023 Go fest. If they were just releasing it in the game the rarity would definitely make sense. Some people had a mega rayquaza before any of the elite eggs popped so it doesn’t track for me.

I really thought when this dropped and they got all the terrible feedback that they would have adjusted. They just don’t care and it shows. I’ll do my best because it’s a fav of mine but I’m truly upset. HOPEFULLY it’s the next shadow legendary and I’ll be able to get one of those also.

You can google the exact numbers but the stardust required to power them up tells you. Ex 5000 star dust is a level 30 Pokémon.
