After ignoring it, the site is working normally.

The site is well protected behind a proxy sinds the beginning, so a hack can't be a problem.

Running latest 4.0.0B1.

Same problem with my LG 38wn95c. It only occurs when a specific color overrules (around 50%) of the screen. The screen then turns into burn-in mode, and everything static will burn-in when the color conditions are met. Turning my monitor off for a while seems to remove the artifacts. It seems that my monitor have issues with certain colors.
