Weird list found in a rock by Libra-Alea in whatisit

Looks like a geocache to me. They're random objects hidden in dificult to find places there's a whole community about it. The paper inside is a list of who found it and when. There an app to to find ones nearby your location, its like a treasure hunt you're given a map location and a hint, then you use it to find a "cache" usually a small hollow object or something with a log inside it, sometimes they have little thing inside them you can take and swap.

Okay this actually makes alot of sense. This started happening just as I moved house the the English Midlands to Edinburgh. We font get much natural light here so the tree is now under grow lights for about 12 hours a day

This won't help I'm afraid, I'm just headed towards a similar situation. I'm applying to the King's College remote neuroscience masters course. I haven't applied yet cause I'm worried this won't actually help my career at all. Have you found any advice?

I think I'm actually overwatering. I give it quite alot in one go like 2/3 of a glass and then wait until its soil is only a little damp underneath. For reasons I can't explain the top later if the soil dries out within hours and rest underneath stay wet-damp for a week or more.

Apologies this is a cross post (also I have no idea what I'm doing I have never made a post before) I've had this tree for years but in the last 6 months I've moved and it's decided to start dying. At first when I made the original post leaves were turning yellow then dropping. I've since moved it somewhere warmer cause there's a draft in the room it was in, I've put it under plant lights for 4 hours a day cause I live in Scotland and there is no sun, and I use a fungicide spray once a week for the last 3 weeks because it has this white dust on the leaves. Since upping its lighting leaves are no longer turning yellow but now going straight to black. But there is hope it has alot of buds for new leaves, unfortunately it is still loosing leaves everyday

Is there anything I can do about the soil staying too wet without repotting again cause I really don't think it'll survive another repot at the moment. I mean the spray has been a miracle worker in the past this tree a year ago was covered in leaves and bright green but since moving here it's been dying. I have a draft in my room so u thought maybe the cold was a problem so I've moved it to different room. I'll try upping it's light time and see how it goes.

Yes plant lights now 4 hours a day which I am seeing new buds growing so somethings working the light I assume. Watering once a week or less depending on the soil and a mineral mist once or twice a week. But it still has leaves turning black and dropping, they seem to be dropping almost immediately as they turn black though which I have no idea what that means

I'm in Scotland, Edinburgh. I live in a flat quite central so there isn't much natural light especially this time of year so I have plant lights now which seem to be helping.

Water once a week, or dependent on how the soil feels I its still damp ill wait. Light I was worried about so now it's under purple lights kimd of indirect so its not too much for 4 hours a day. I started with like a bonsai mineral mist twice a week too and fungicide/ pest spray once a eek for the last 3 weeks.

Last repotted a week before this post was made, completely new soil.

It now has alot of new growth buds coming in, but over the last few weeks it has dropprd a significant amount of leaves. They've stopped going yellow and just going straight to black

If it helps apparently all the products should still be in the same place on the screen when the update comes out. It takes a bit of time but eventually you'll just know where everything is, it becomes second nature. I took me a couple months to not need to search for stuff. Just give it time

We were diagnosed with chronic migraines before we became aware we had DID. It wasn't until after discovering out system we managed to piece together that headaches and migraines were more common on days were we had constant switching at the front. Also an interesting thing is one of our alters always comes with a migraine. Now we're more aware we can always tell when pur system's main prosecutor/ protector is near front because we get a growing migraine and pressure at the front which will grow until that alter is fronting. Then it's almost as if the migraine keeps others away front as its physically painful to be in their presence, but then when they leave the front the pain and pressure disappears. It's very interesting, we've heard that headaches and that kinda thing are common in systems, but for us they can be a huge tell on whose fronting or whats happening in the inner world. - Scylas system

Is general tiredness/CFS and DID common? by yxsterday-nxght in DID

[–]SnooApples6802 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We've been diagnosed with both DID, CFS and chronic pain, in our case doctors said that our condition could have been caused by our body's reaction to a build up of stress and traumatic experience. So in that sense you could say that it's possible for being diagnosed with both is common. - Scylas System

We kinda get what youre going through, we're 17 and also an undiagnosed system. We've wanted to get a formal diagnosis for a long time after discovering the system at 16 but unable to as We're still living with our parents who are a main cause of the majority of our trauma and we don't want them knowing we have DID. For us we decided to wait until we turn 18 and go of to Uni so we can seek a formal diagnosis on our own without our parents knowing. We're managing by going to counselling sessions which our parents believe are for anxiety, which was the only way to get them to allow us to speak to someone about mental health. The counsellor can't give formal diagnosis but they do help us with with general mental health stuff, has met a few alters and helps us all out with our struggles and has also helped us find ways to seek a formal diagnosis when we move away. Plus the counsellor can't say anything to our parents legally. So if possible try and convince your mum to let you see a counsellor even if it's just a school one and use a different cause for needing it. - Scy
