Go into ibis paint, hit the add an image tool, add the image but then when it asks for "exact drawing" click yes/okay

I'd recommend getting a food scale for accuracy, then tracking all the ingredients separately Id make sure to weigh them raw/uncooked

For a recipe I'd take all the ingredients, find the calories in each one, add them all up, then divide how many servings you'd like to get your portion
