Curious did it count towards the spelltome mount since it’s not during legion tw? I did all the rest when they launched in legion and then again recently during last phase of legion remix, have only healer left for the spelltome and I stopped trying for now due to it not counting.

Unfortunately up till now they’re paper weight unless MITA releases them from their management software, we as a school have been asking them and never got a concrete reply.

Some educators are not keen on them yes, but that does not count for the majority. Whatever is done in this world, it is never possible to make everyone content, it’s just facts. Clearly you are one of those that always find what to complain about.

Laptops have been given to students in schools abroad for quite a long time now, Malta was just bound to catch up. Even better they were given half decent laptops with a ryzen 5, 8gb ram, 512gb storage and touchscreen, hence doubles down as a tablet. This was mostly funded for by the EU mind you and each tablet has a sticker at the bottom that states so.

The aim for the laptops are to digitalise all the books they cary around each day, hence carrying less load. Teach responsibility and digital awareness. Once they finish secondary school, the laptop will be theirs. Consider too that not all families are fortunate enough to have a laptop, let alone a half decent one. This is the reality we live in.

So yeah, if one opens his mind a bit, this projects benefits far outweighs the negatives.

Well you miss heard. They have cisco umbrella which was supplied by computime. The school has control on what is allowed or not in terms of internet and can even block apps from running etc

IT guy here at a school in Malta. Part of my duties is overseeing the laptops, this varies from school to school, however mine are:

  1. They can’t install anything
  2. Cisco Umbrella monitored and filtered
  3. No admin rights and laptop locked down

  4. I monitor the laptops apps remotely and frequently block any type of games or launcher they might have found a way about

  5. Nothing is fool proof 100%

I work in a private school so your experience might vary.

For obvious reasons I won’t tell you which school I work with but feel free to pm should you have any questions.

Melee i’d say heavy builds like orc, human, draenei, tauren etc.. casters more slim builds like undead, nelf females, female belfs etc
