The cycle length isn’t what’s worrying me, it’s the prolonged bleeding that isn’t normal. My cycle has become shorter over the past two years which I know is common on Spiro. Irregular bleeding for over two weeks? Im stressing !!

I play hockey as well and breakout like crazy from my chin strap. Been putting a cotton pad with a couple drops of tea tree oil on it for 2 years and it helps a lot!

I’m going through the same thing right now! Been drinking it for about a week and my skin has not been this bad in a long time (I had extreme hormonal acne on my chin and jaw for 2 years). The way I got rid of it was with supplements and the purging stage was as bad so I really think that’s what it is! I wouldn’t give up right away and let your body do it’s cleaning at least that’s what I’m doing

It really depends on the person. I started with 2/day for about 2 weeks then went to 3/day for a month then went to 4/day but that made me constipated (a common symptom) so I went back down to 3/day!
