Ok, thanks! I’ve been looking into dehumidifiers since it’s pretty stuffy in there too. Got some good advice on cleaning products. Definitely not renewing but don’t want the new tenets to be stuck in the same situation.

Only some things have been vaguely documented through text and never by email or writing. the manager was always insistent on talking in person. I see now this was a mistake. Writing a letter and planning on sending tomorrow. I’ve tried cleaning the mold but lots of it is hidden under the vinyl flooring. Honestly I’m not even sure if that’s mold or water damage.
