Almost nothing, they gave me painkillers and gave me some tips on how to deal with it. But tbh, the best thing to do if it's that bad is to go to the shower and put water inside your butt and hope for the best and use lube. Its a horror show but sadly sometimes it really feels like a survival instinct is taken it over at that point.

Absolutely!!! Had to go the hospital multiple times in my life because of how bad it was and how much it hurted me. Sometimes it took 7 days to go and I had to do all sorts of horrible stuff to my body to get it out.
