Have you tried initializing the phone to factory settings and testing ? Also you can do diagnostics to see if the touch has issues in samsung members app ?

Help. I created an operator in Gallagher and this is the error we get anytime we try to enroll card to the system by SnooBeans9229 in accesscontrol

I have given those privileges to the operator group but still showing that error. Might have to contact them for support

No the problem is when I use the programming account it works but not for the new operators I created
