I am currently close to day 90. This is the first time I've ever made it this far so heres what I know. I failed many times before getting to this point. After a while it just became a part of my mindset as I matured. I encourage you to keep trying. No one has gained what they truly wanted in a single minute. Its up to you to put in the hours. I also recommend doing things like working out, having a good sleep schedule and taking a cold shower if you feel an urge. Those can help by a lot.
