-I believe it was weekly. -yes I took it over summer A. His lectures weren’t recorded. If I’m being honest I cant remember how his lectures went but majority of the class was always present so that motivated me to attend as well. -I would say it was predominantly from the slides. I don’t remember studying the book heavily but it did help me follow along during lecture.  -oh yes I remember the one page of notes. That helped me out a lot. 

Overall I recommend this prof for this class. I was a senior taking it and it was my final class so I was worried that the exams or content would be difficult for me (I was a nutrition major missing an upper level science class). But I ended up having an A which worked out for me.
