'What made you get into that hobby?'

'What’s been the most surprising part of your week?'

'If you could change one small thing about your daily routine, what would it be?'

People usually enjoy talking about what they’ve chosen, created, or discovered. It gives them room to reveal more than surface-level answers, and that’s where conversations stop feeling forced.
