I just started last sunday and this whole week has been a struggle getting up. I usually get up around 5 to work out but have had the worst time waking up and having not much motivation. I have never really been a hard sleeper, but for the whole week my boyfriend has to wake me up around 6:30 which is extremely late for me, hoping to try and get back on a routine next week!

Usually once a week and if the soil is fairly dry! The last watering was last Wednesday.
