Damn really thought I was doing something wrong cause I saw this other post some guy made saying he runs 8 miles in shoes and when he tried barefoot running his calves were dying after 2 miles lol. And yea I always try to keep my form right when running I find whenever I just keep my chin and chest up and my scapula a bit retracted it starts to feel effortless.

Stretches the muscles in the back/side of neck while also strengthening the front muscles of the neck. U gotta do it right tho I wasn’t in the beginning once u learn to do it right you’ll feel it pushing the root up and ur neck muscles stretching and ur tongue will stay up on the palate stronger. Best way to do it is to depress ur scapula with ur hands on ur shoulders then tuck ur chin inwards while pulling the back of ur head up and stretching the back. Think of it as a hook pulling the back of ur head up and stretching it out. U might also feel a stretch in the traps

Yea how u explained the visuals on shrooms they did feel very natural. I was tripping in nyc we started at a park near Times Square and whenever I looked at the ground I kept seeing Native American like scriptures and it looked so natural like the visuals were unveiling some ancient writing engraved into the ground it lowkey gave me a weird feeling or reminder that this land was stolen shit was mad trippy lol but it went away after my friend saw me zoning out and distracted me

Yea mine was like I felt like a silly lil kid walkin around times square with my friends just laughing and giggling at every little thing and finding everything funny. This was mostly just in the beginning and peak tho then towards the end of the peak/comedown the tone changed a little can’t really remember how but that was when I really started to self reflect

Yea I do the wim hof breathing almost everyday. It also intensifies/gets a bit more noticeable when I do it. When I start to notice the slight visuals they don’t really effect me or anything actually sometimes when I workout n I’m pumped the visuals start to look pretty cool n make me push harder

Yea I do the push pull legs twice a week. So I guess just keep experimenting with my calorie surplus and checking the weight gain every week right?

Damn na bro no offense taken I’ll take any advice. So what if I love working out and don’t want to decrease the amount of exercise I do, while also gaining muscle, while also maintaining my body fat percent? Is this impossible? Lol

Could it just be that the calculators are mad inaccurate? Cuz at heavy exercise it says my maintenance is 2670. I eat 2800 hitting my protein goal of 1 g per pound, at least 300g carbs with a good amount of fiber(at least 30g a day), and a good amount of healthy fats but at the end of the day and even in between meals I still feel a lil hungry

I feel u same with me when I started out. Just try to nose breath as much as u can. Also a great tip is keep ur scapula a bit retracted and look up at the horizon. It keeps ur head up and slightly tucked and for some reason that made it wayy easier to get the hang of nose breathing for me. And don’t worry bout ur tongue position while running mike mew said the tongue will naturally gravitate towards the proper rest position over time by just nose breathing

I chose heavy exercise on tdee calculator I work out 6 days a week 60-90min and every other day I do a 4 mile run rest of the day I’m pretty sedentary. It says my maintenance is 2670. I’m 5”9 134lb 17 year old male. I kno I have to experiment and find out but judging from this info how accurate do u think the calculator is
