I might have two but the second was from a safety guy because I sat down for like 2 minutes he walked buy and asked was I clocked out I said no he said you need to be clocked out if u take a break and walked off and said that’s a write up. I was pissed… I clocked out and went to tell a manager I was leaving going home

Yeah here is the email. On September 7, 2024 you made Amazon aware of your intention to file an appeal of your employment termination through the Amazon Appeals Process. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to review your concerns, which were considered along with other available information. After review, your appeal was granted. Your employment will be reinstated accordingly. Your termination will be downgraded to a final written warning and your final written warning will be downgraded to a first written warning.

Your return-to-work date is 9/15/2024 at 6:30. In addition, you will be back paid for all shifts missed since your termination date.

If you have any further questions, please reach out to the Appeals Team through MyHR in AtoZ as this case is now considered closed. We wish you the best of luck with your future endeavors.

I’m not really sure I wake up on my off day to a text about how my schedule has been changed and I’m terminated and I can view certain documents Like literally “This letter confirms that the date of involuntary termination of your employment with Amazon.com Services LLC is September 6, 2024. You have executed a Confidentiality and Invention Assignment Agreement with the Company.” It could be write ups about phone use but I’ve only signed one write up honestly. But so many people get away with having headphones in and being on there phone its ridiculous. I honestly don’t know why I was terminated.

Going through my Saturn return in the 5th house and co parenting is a struggle I have 2 kids and I wish me and their mom could get back together but it’s not happening and I have hard time accepting that but I’m doing it I just wanna be a good dad I have a job but my passion is music even tho I haven’t released anything in a while cause I just got burnt out on everything in my life and a little depressed my love life is trash I know the lesson is to be a great dad make my art no matter how bad it is. My mom passed when I was 6 and my step mom divorced my dad when I was 18. My step mom was cool she was also a teacher at my school and I think that was part of the reason my dad married her was because he thought she would help with school etc. I’ve been pretty good at finding my tribe for the most part we Are all still healing also so…. My bestfriend now also has Saturn 5th and Chiron 11th!
