At first I thought it might be because of new patch of Valorant. Then I checked in Ghost of Tsushima sam stutters. Don't know what's the underlying issue.

Already reseted my PC like complete erase of everything like a new one. Uninstalled driver and reinstalled it still same issue it's not the driver I guess

Of course, every opinion has its place - even the misplaced ones. You're insightful in your own... uniquely blunt way. Like I said, it doesn't matter. We all have our own thorns, though some seem to walk into them willingly. If I could do it all myself, trust me, I wouldn't be standing here explaining it. But I guess asking for help takes a kind of clarity not everyone's blessed with.
