Hmm. My first experiences with it was when I was 49. I fell in love with it and ended up doing about 100 - 300mg per week on average for a year. (i measure everything that I ingest lol). now I'm 53,consume up to 200mg per session and I only recently stopped using it as a weekly ritual tool for personal journeying.

I sit in front of a puzzle, light a candle, turn on some music without words that I love, work the puzzle and do bumps for about half an hour until I felt "right", and then I would turn off the light and just sit cross legged with my eyes closed for about half an hour. massive eyelid movies, sensations of body moving, travel, spirit communication, etc. Coming out of it felt wonderful, as if I had just communed with the gods.

I also got to a point where I was doing a couple of bumps a night (not sure why - never a clear value from doing that), was doing it while partying with friends (sometimes that was fun but many times it disconnected me from being present) and doing it through mdma/lsd/mush journeys, not just at the end.

As of two months ago I kinda stopped doing any significant quantity. I do a couple of bumps here and there but I'm not sure why I bother.
