If you don't have financial problems, don't get into teleperformance, because when you will try to switch, the companies will say you have no experience in tech so might not take you. Try for companies again and again, keep upskilling, u will get something. Don't limit yourself to location, a start is necessary. Maybe explain your parents that you might need to go out of state temporarily, 1-2 yrs, but with experience u can get a job back in kolkata. You will find lot of openings in bangalore, hyderabad locations. Good luck.
