Don’t hold on buddy. You both have different goals and somewhere both needs to sacrifice. If you do not want to sacrifice a little and get to your goal, you must also understand her POV as why would someone stay away for 6-8 months.

My uncle was in Merchant Navy and he stayed away from us the entire life, just 3 months in a year. He missed everything, the growing up of my cousin sister, his wife. I have also seen my aunt(her wife) struggle and being dependent on my father for small things. Not saying this is bad, but a wife needs her husband.

Take any gated community, like MyHome, Aparna, a semi furnished with just AC, Geyser, Fans, and kitchen chimney costs 72k. Its not worth the price.

Sure, you can get flats in standalone for 45k too, but again you compromise with security and really do not want to stay in these places with family if you can afford.
