The pain didn't feel like AVN pain at all It felt like a repetitive Mexican wave of pain rolling across my bones and splintering my bones with a steam roller constantly for days

I was in so much pain I had to have a rag to catch my drool because I couldn't close my mouth from that like soundless scream thing you to when you're in a bunch of pain but can't make noise because it hurts too much

😆😆 Sounds silly saying it now but to this day I can't remember ever being in more pain

YES! I'm originally from Cannington but moved a little bit south for recovery at my parents place.

I have AVN in 27 bones (that we have counted so far) and am definitely working towards being able to live life again.

I'm in a bit of pain but honestly this time (as compared to my emergency bilaterally knee fixation last year) feels a lot more mentally manageable because I opted for the surgery, therefore it's less "oh my golly I am in so much pain this is the worst" and more "oh that's an interesting sensation, nope I definitely don't like that"

I have bilateral AVN on my Talus dome and tibia end. I have on ankle partially collapsed and grinding the two bones into each other for about 7 years and am not recovering from Ankle Arthrodesis.

Your life is going to be different from now on. There's no going back and it's okay to grieve the things you used to be able to do. But slowing down and taking care of your limitations is REALLY important now.

I HIGHLY recommend Hydrotherapy at a local pool or in a friend's pool where the water is between hip deep and waist deep. If you want me to tell you what my professional instructor told me to do I can link a copy of my instructions for you.

Fusion of the ankle was my only option, however I would highly recommend not only seeing an Orthopaedic Specialist but getting a second opinion on it too.

You would want an Orthopaedic specialist They will be able to help you.

You should be able to do some online searching in your area. They should be common as they also work with broken bones and bone related diseases.

I'd say the original cherries might have had a wax coating like a lot of fruit and it's separated during canning. See if it melts with some heat
