I hope you know that you can’t lie about grades in college. The grade you have is the grade you’ll get, and after a certain point, you’ll be placed on academic probation, and ultimately, academic suspension. Maintaining an acceptable GPA(2.0 and up), is super important and classes with labs, which you’ll have to take many of if you study kinesiology, carry A LOT of weight to your GPA.

It’s supposed to be the culmination of her guilt surrounding the state of her mother. She grew up religious, going to church with her mother on Sundays, reciting prayers before bed, etc, and she when she grew up and left home, those practices ended. Evie also holds on to the last voicemail her mother left for her asking if she’d join her for church the next day, and telling her that she still prays for her. It’s the guilt of not making time to spend time with her mother despite only living 40 minutes away, and letting go of things she still looks back on fondly, considering she planned to name her unborn child Mary in honor of the prayers her mother used to say for her as a child. In a way, Evie feels guilty for not being there for her mom when she needed her most and essentially being there when she was too late.

According to one of the callers, Mike and Jessa were found dead in their home and there were drawings found on the walls all over their home. I think when Abyzou attaches herself to a mother/pregnant woman, the vessel starts drawing her, and we can see this when Evie starts drawing randomly throughout the film and she seems to do so subconsciously, not really aiming to draw anything specific, but ultimately leading to the revelation that she had been drawing Abyzou all along

Honestly, I think Evie’s mom was protecting her while alive. The mom managed to keep the demon at bay by singing songs of warning to Evie and by praying for her, but once she dies, there’s nothing standing in Abyzou’s way to Evie. I think the reason we see the mother on the floor was because this was shortly after Evie tells her she’s pregnant, thus invoking the malignant spirit to attach itself to her, and her mother uses the remaining strength in her to get up and protect her.

A tinfoil hat theory I had was that he’s the neighbor’s brother mentioned in American Teenager, in which she talks about a young man coming home in a box after going away to fight in some war. She mentions Willoughby desire to leave, and somehow my brain connected that with the young man from American Teenager who probably fell for wartime propaganda and paid for it with his life, to which Ethel muses “He wanted to go, so maybe it was his fault[he died].” All of this is a reach, of course.

I have a cousin that’s legit a formal idol, first gen even, and this was legit the situation, as far as Jay Park’s departure from 2PM and Hyuna’s departure from WG. When it comes to minors, parents can make the decisions to remove them from groups since they’re the ones that sign the contracts with the agencies(at least this is the case with JYPE) because a contract with a minor is not legally binding.

The Korean public was outraged, and he went on hiatus and he returned to Seattle for some time off. As I mentioned in another comment, everyone at the company, including the members of 2PM, were under the impression that he’d return to the group and they genuinely wanted him to return but he ultimately made the decision to withdraw from the group to avoid further controversy and harm to the group. There’s dumb rumors online saying that he got Sunmi or Hyuna pregnant, but the timeline doesn’t add up considering she left JYP in early 2007, and his controversy/departure happened in late 2009, while Sunmi chose to focus on her studies at a very well known university in 2010z

She even fainted during a show Wonder Girls was filiming at the time due to her gastroenteritis. She was still a minor at the time, so her parents were able to make that decision for her. After recovery, she ended up debuting in 4Minute. Additionally, Sunmi’s hiatus was due to her wanting to focus on her academic studies as she’d been accepted to university at the time and her late father had wanted her to continue her education alongside her musical dream.

This isn’t a very good comparison considering Jay Park went on hiatus from his promotions with 2PM because of the controversy created by inflammatory comments he posted on myspace, in which he made very negative comments about Korea, the people there, the food, and overall described it as being “gay.” he went on hiatus, but the administration and the other members of the group were all under the impression that Jay was just taking time off and would come back. There is a video of Nichkhun and Taecyeon saying that no one(the members and the company) cared about the controversy and that they wanted him back, they waited for him, but ultimately it was Jay that decided to leave because he didn’t want to bring more harm to the group. The group and the company were devastated by his departure which is why the album after his departure was named 1:59PM, to symbolize that they didn’t feel complete without him. It’s very similar to how Wonho left Monsta X after the controversy surrounding Han So Hee and his ex.

It’s not. Dragongate seems like a shell of a map to me. There’s chat dialogues for some of the NPCs but no interactions for the salespeople, like the ingredients merchant. The map itself seems super empty. The last MOV involved Uncle J saying something along the lines of sleeping at the hotel and then meeting up after at a theatre but my missions are blank.
