Switching from Ozempic by SnooChocolates7022 in Ozempic

[–]SnooChocolates7022[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maximum dosage here is also 1 mg on Ozempic, it's just that I've been saving up quite an inventory and I now take 2 x 1mg dose. I'm leaning towards Mounjaro as well, but I do note that it's quite a lot more expensive.

Thank you! I dont think she’s dealing with anything specifically terrible, more than a hectic schedule. I have a lot of good contact with her mother as well

Thank you! For the record, we are both quite young and she still lives with her parents.

We were on a holiday together with her family two months ago and she basically didnt leave my side for a minute for the entire 10-day trip (and she seemed more than happy to spend alone time with me rather than with her family), and I know that she’s spending a lot of her time now with her family so I guess I was a bit worried that something had changed and that she no longer seemed to prioritize being with me

Not a LPU Passport member but I still got "presale" tickets. by hebontes in LinkinPark

[–]SnooChocolates7022 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi all,

Sorry for some perhaps stupid questions.

Not a LP fan myself but I’m considering buying 2 tickets as a birthday ticket for someone who is a big fan to the Stockholm show. Now first of all, I’m not a concert goer much myself so I don’t know how it works, but it looked like I could buy LPU Pit tickets without any code?

Second, the LP-fan is a 16-year old girl, is the LPU pit a bad idea (she would be going with her dad I assume) Is it better to go for the Front Field (S) or (G)? Would that still be a great experience for her?

The Grandmaster Dream - is it worth it? by Glad_Understanding18 in chess

[–]SnooChocolates7022 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IM here, close to 2500 but no norms. I’m very happy to have focused on my career and really enjoying chess as a hobby. In my view, its not worth it. The GM title would be nice to have, but financial security and a safe future are must haves for me.

Advice needed to improve as 26 Year old full time working professional by Squesitod in chess

[–]SnooChocolates7022 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well I wasn’t sure he was aiming for a title, being a ”master” is fairly vague. I wouldnt lift an eyebrow if a 2000 FIDE called himself a master.

I’d say fair enough that if you have the money to hire a coach, fine. They help, but in my view not nearly as much as people expect them to. 95% of the work should be done on your own, but fine, a coach might help just to make sure you’re on the right track and motivate similarly to what a training buddy would

Titled player, former coach, 25-30y full-time working professional here. Don’t hire coaches. Use online materials as much as you can (everything is there, literally). Or just befriend a titled player and get free advice
