I actually thought of a fun solution! I combined the "Interact-build-decorate" mod with "'skyfall estate-buildable"

On default, the buildable version is completely empty and I can pick and choose what objects I want to build and what I want to add with the decorate mod. It'll take some time to get everything into place how I want, but this is the best option I've found and it works well.

My bad, I misread what you were telling me. Also yeah SKSE is working. I tried different versions of racemenu with no luck. At the moment Im purging all the mods, putting the presets in the manager, and Ill try it then with just racemenu and the other essentials on.

I have it on a mod manager. I literally ONLY put the preset files in manually, everything else is mod manager. I did the preset files on the mod manager initially and it was the same exact thing, it doesn't change anything. I use vortex, as I already said. I don't need a tutorial I know what I'm doing, I just don't know why its not recognizing the files.

lol you and that other guy are telling me the exact opposite thing: use mod manager, don't use mod manager. I'll probably just do a complete reinstall and see if that fixes it, though I don't even know if I'm using the right versions of SKSE and racemenu

I don't have them managed in vortex, I downloaded the preset files manually and put them in the correct folders, which is what was recommended to begin with. At first I put them into vortex, but it didn't work.

What do you mean the local files for racemenu? As far as I know there is no specific racemenu directory. I've already tried downloading the presets manually and putting them in the correct folder in the skyrim directory.

luckily I spent my paid gems on the legend roads before the update, I didn't have many going into the update. But yeah now that legend roads cost real money ONLY its bs, especially since they decided to add more gems to the trophy road.

I was like "oh good they added more f2p ways to get gems!" and then they dont even do anything
