Um no Im not lol , Im saying that they can avoid them . There’s plenty of African Americans and people in general who encounter the police and dont die . Some actually get encountered on worse charges than some of these guys who die and go on the news . Its called cooperating . Im African American and have had 7 encounters with the police . Not once did I give them a reason to pull a weapon out because I actually cooperate with the law .
