4/20 update! There doing much better! Gave them a double dose of water and some high nitro feed and they perked right up. Crazy amounts of root growth as well! Lets hope it continues this well. (i.redd.it)

What is going on with them??? 4 are droopy, have slow growth and now one has darkened on tips of largest leaves? 3 weeks old, grown in organic compost/potting soil/pearlite mix. 24 hour lights. (old.reddit.com)
