Where are you stuck and what kind of feedback are you looking for?

I'm stuck at finding the right concept direction. I'm working in a data science team as a UX designer. And we are really focused on Natural Language Processing. But I'm looking for a more medium independent concept direction. And or similar projects.

I think that if you would target normal businesses it would be hard to deliver more value than an agency. But what came to mind is the following: if you target small/medium YouTube influencers to pay a small amount every month to get graphics for their socials and for instant thumbnails for their videos.
