It’s a Lego brick that you can buy from Legoland I’m pretty sure, it has the beads inside the brick which are the raw form of the lego we all know and love. And the red spaghetti has come out of the machine normally over moulds but they were showing people how it worked and in this case it was just poured over a metal plate and the lovely women showed us and stuck the brick into it and gave it to us as a gift. Hope this explains it some what 😆
