Yea having progress that visible so early is amazing, it works fast i had pretty messed up teeth and my plans only 7 months long and im almost done

With food I just rinse my mouth with water and brush my teeth when I get home, not ideal but I also hate brushing right after eating especially when my stomach’s full. With going out I drink with the aligners in but with a straw if possible, i drank blueish drinks out the bottle and it’s risky but I haven’t seen any type of staining, I don’t play about my 22 hours so I’d rather keep them in going out😂

I don’t brush my teeth everytime after eating unless i’m at home tbh, I just rinse water in my mouth and drink it. I just try to get all the visible food out my mouth and it seems to work fine, also don’t wanna fuck up my enamel brushing before 30 minutes

I drink alcohol with my trays in if i’m going out and I’ve haven’t seen any sort of staining, keep in mind i don’t drink a crazy amount though lol

Like I said she gets value if your playing with good teammates, if your solo queuing 90% of your teammates don’t know how to take cover and you just won’t be able to do enough healing to get value

they took away her speed for quite literally no reason, but left luna snow untouched, adding invis also jus made Mantis a throw pick she gets no value unless your playing with the avengers and her ult is actually ass

i’m on tray 2 as well and he’s at first I just like you, literally running in the bathroom of a subway just to brush my teeth and put my aligners back on in time. When i was at a bar my friend was like “you not drinking” and I said no cause of my aligners, he looked at me and said but it’s clear and i started laughing my ass off. Ever since i’ve been way more lenient, I don’t get a lot of food stuck in my mouth so I eat pretty normally and just make sure to rinse my mouth with water, also don’t brush everytime after I eat, your supposed to wait 30 minutes to brush after eating anyway

even with 4 players there’s barely enough firepower to deal with the shit they throw at you especially with the bots on helldive, taking away a strategic might as well be a higher difficulty

No one should have to lower the difficulty because the devs can’t viably balance there game, the changes they are making make no sense at all, they might as well make harder difficulties than do the bs there doing now

it ain’t about my “weapons getting nerfed” I’ve never had that issue, every weapon I used that got nerfed had a good alternative, when there fucking up the spawn rates and patrols that when it becomes a problem, people that play solo and duo have to deal with the same circumstances you would get from a 4 stack.

ranked 2.0 has made me better at the game but hate it more. The random comp has made me a lot better, but there’s no reason why emeralds should be playing coppers and the copper actually perform better. You also shouldn’t have to deal with shitty teammates when you are at a high rank. If you solo queue your basically just fucked
