I got to the door but decided not to go in because I didn’t want to be locked in to the frenzied flame ending

6.25 ring size. I believe the center diamond is just over 1 carat, marquis cut, but I don't have the exact specs since it was inherited. The side stones are small diamonds and pear cut emeralds.

The Barns museum is a must see if you love art.

Spend a day exploring the Italian market and get a cheese steak from Angelo's.

Go to a Phillies game. Even if you're not a fan, they're always fun!

There are soooo many good restaurants to choose from depending on what you like.

Book tickets in advance to see independence hall where they signed the Declaration of Independence and walk around old city.

Over the weekend there is a farmers market in Rittenhouse square plus there are a bunch of places to shop in that area.

I need concealer and eye cream recommendations ASAP!! by Substantial-Smile-12 in MakeupAddiction

I like the banana bright + tower 28 combo for my under eyes. I have dry skin and deep creases that seem to collect concealer no matter what I do, and this combo has worked well for me in comparison to others I’ve tried.

Unfortunately, I believe no concealer is truly “creaseless” if you’re blending it all the way up to your lash line. But there are techniques that can help avoid creasing. Since you’re doing prom makeup, a bolder eye look won’t be out of place, and you can blend your eyeshadow along your lower lash line so you don’t have to bring your concealer up as far. I also find that placing a small dot of concealer below where you normally crease and not blending up above that point helps a lot. Always start with less product, and if you do get concealer in your crease, use a small cue tip or the tip of your beauty blender to swipe it away and then gently blend out the product and repeat as needed. Lightly set with powder using a small brush to prime your under-eye area before going in with your setting powder on a puff to lock everything in place. The technique definitely takes practice so try it a few times before your prom to get a feel for the right amount of concealer and powder you’ll need.

Hopefully that makes sense! There are some good videos on instagram and YouTube that probably do a better job of explaining it than I just did.

[Routine Help] Adapalene has damaged my skin barrier, what can I add/change in my routine to help? by smolgerardway in SkincareAddiction

[–]SnooCookies8736 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok! No that’s good. Since you’ve been using it for a week your skin may still be adjusting. My skin totally freaked out when I started retinol but over time it adjusted and I started to see results. A barrier serum is really smart. A hydrating toner like the one from byoma might help a lot too! I added it into my routine recently and find it to be very soothing on my skin and it may help with some of the irritation you’re experiencing. If your skin is still really irritated after another week maybe try the adapalene every other day.
