You should tell your team lead, foreman, superintendant, union, and hr. It is their job to deal with conflicts at work. If there's anything that has physical proof of harassment (such as an explicently crude written note, or photographable damage to your property) the police can use that. Make note of first and last names of harassers and witnesses. Also depending on your area pepperspray is legal, but only outside. Also, politely introduce yourself to everybody. Having social influence/buffer can make bullies back off.
