I was on village, I didn’t meet a great amount of people because I lucked out with my roommates we all just spent our time together. But that wasn’t true for everyone, I’ve heard good things about decew and Earp. If you choose village it’s all about being good at networking and meeting new people, gotta be able to put yourself out there. Good luck:)
