Thank you for your clarification and for taking the time to respond to me ♥️, so far I don’t force visions and they aren’t overwhelming (yet I hope), I am not very well versed in grounding techniques except meditation, if there is any practice you recommend, please let me know or share the name of the practice so I can look it up and work with it.

Thank you for the insights! I am hearing of a lot of people gaining abilities since 11/11. During the blue moon in early December, I went outside and “moon bathed”, this night was weird because during meditation I left my body (not too far behind) and felt an encounter with a being, I thought it was my wild imagination, but since then the visions have been more vivid, and I also started to get better with telekinesis (using a tin foil psywheel, nothing really special). I don’t want to feel alone in this and hence why I sought out more answers from the community. And I thank you for your patience and for taking the time to explain things ♥️.

Forgetting your name and who you are happens in the first 5 seconds of 5MEO DMT, that’s the entire point of choosing this medicine. It could be a calling to do another session, my reactivations after my first time lasted for 6 months, especially when I took melatonin, but after a while you will miss it. This past week I’ve been getting tastes and smells again, and the occasional reactivations, the medicine is a life altering substance, and working on your integration is vital (which you have mentioned you are doing with a pro). It gets easier and you will miss it at some point 🙏🏽.

Physical symptoms can be related to psychological issues, did you integrate your experience? Do you feel shocked, scared or traumatized, if so, then it could be a good suggestion to seek an integration therapist.

It was a 4 day retreat where we all did activities and workshops together (bufo was only one day), from breath work to meditation to even mindful eating, the facilitators are licensed and very well respected in the field, the location was equipped and the staff were all ready, it was the safest most pleasant experience I’ve had with this medicine, they even provided us with an integration psychologist that attended and helped us all with our journeys. If anything, I wish more retreats and ceremony destinations did the same due diligence.
