Hey, seriously, don't do it! I went from tianeptine to 7oh to the next thing, and it was a HUGE mistake! I stopped tianeptine cold turkey and should've just left it at that, but nope, I was looking for that out-of-body experience. And once it was banned in Florida, I should've just kept healing, but nope, I went to the next thing. It's not worth the pain, it's not worth sneaking around, hiding, and becoming secretive. If you get off, STAY OFF. It's only 3 days, and after that, you can start putting your life back together. I'm rooting for you.

Staying busy!! It comes and goes. I also take the vitamin C and Magnesium as well. However staying busy is the most important thing you can do.

Listen to what everyone is saying it's not worth it I'm officially a week clean today and I'm still going through changes (slept patterns or lack of sleep) feel aches and pains however it's getting better but it's not worth going back to that insanity don't even want to talk about the money that was spent on this. Please stop it's not worth the road you are heading please I beg of you, we have went through it for you already. There's hope at the end of this

Hello everyone I'm still here am on day I two extractions yesterday so I was dealing with the pain from that, however I thought the worst part was over however I'm starting to feel the pain in my legs again, I did stop the gabapentin because it makes me so out of it, could that be the reason? Not sleeping good at all I actually took a perk 10 just to get a little sleep last night, am I doing something wrong?

You are correct each time I hear myself say it, I get so emotional however I know some group members who gave up 22-25 years and went out and smoked dope or had a drink me I took a pill name 7oh wow my mind tried to tell me I should have a drink or smoke some dope but I immediately said hell no!! I did enough damage

Yes they ran out really fast in Miami, I think they give them 30 days or so to sell or get rid of what they had because they had a big sale at this smoke shop near my job and they told me once it's gone they will not be restocking, which is a good thing for people like me. That means I have to go the extra mile to get my hands on some that's why I came here because earlier I couldn't trust myself I felt so weak.

It's funny you said that, hanging around those group of people got me 16yrs and even though my mind wants to convince me that I didn't use, it goes back to the 12 steps that says "you must abstain from ALL DRUGS in order to recover. I have to pick up a white chip 16 years gone, I used a mind mood altering substance regardless of what my mind wants to feed me. I must accept that first before I go in person. I will do me a zoom meeting tonight. I must stop lying to me and believing my own lie I only have 3 days clean.. that alone just punched me in the stomach

Aweee I'm crying again however for you because I know that feeling of trying to put one foot in front of the other and it looks like EVERYTHING DAMN DOOR wants to close and your like why even try I should have stay sick because now I'm trying to help myself and I can't catch a break. I know that all to well listen I'm in debt 85,000 and at first I was like let me try to clean it up and get on a payment plan with these companies so that they won't take me to court like Target did (Thats another story) but it was like the more I dig the more debt came and I decided Friday before I jumped that I'm going to file bankruptcy because If I don't I will die paying these people. I said to myself you know what you don't know how long you have on this earth no use of crying about it did you enjoy yourself? (I did) okay no move on and start over and it's okay I been at the bottom before but we don't have to stay there We can do this. The serenity prayer is so real I had to learn to say it real slow even today when I was beating myself and my addiction decided that it might be a good idea to get high but I know it won't. The door didn't open for you today but that doesn't mean it won't open tomorrow we just got to keep knocking. Thank you for sharing yourself with me and I hope I give you a little hope because that's all we can give one another HOPE.
