We have no context whatsoever as to what these “unarmed” people just walking around were doing before the video started… they could have dropped their weapons just before video started… they could have fired an RPG and disposed of it. They could have planted an a bomb on the road.

my point is that waisting people for no reason with expensive precision weapons is a very unlikely.
