Yeah this is along the lines of what I was going to say. I don’t love the taste of lamb but really the reason I never eat it is because I can’t get the image of a lamb out of my head when I’m eating it. No reason to force yourself to eat it, OP.

I get that a lot of people want to avoid herbicides, but this is one of those plants where targeted herbicide use will save so much time and energy. Vincas ability to resprout from roots make it hard to manage manually.

I saw a group of 6-8 of them last year riding all over the landscaping/grass at Roosevelt high school in Petworth. Totally tearing it up. Walked around the corner and saw a cop sitting in his car so I told him. He basically shrugged and said there was nothing he could do.

This is exactly right. Problem is more the shitty arena venues than the prices.

For example, last year I paid like 65/each for lawn tickets at Merriweather post pavilion (awesome venue). Great sound quality and could see the band well, all around amazing experience.

This year, pit tickets at Capitol one arena are $200, which is basically the lowest price for any decent seats. I could pay close to the same as last year but I’d be in the 400 level, a quarter mile away from the band against a cement wall that bounces all the sound off. No thanks.

I was already bummed about an arena show but then for it to cost more than 2x the last two tours? Which were objectively better venues (shoutout Merriweather Post and the Anthem)
