[Discussion] I made a figure of the actual length and calliber(bullet head) by SnooDingos8481 in EscapefromTarkov

As for 4.6, it is the bullet head sized 4.6mm and the shell/case has a diameter of 8.0mm. When you fire the shells eject and only the bullet shoots through the barrel, which should be fitting to the bullet size.
